Returns Eligibility
• Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Books must be unused and in their original condition, with no damage, markings, or signs of wear.
• We are unable to accept returns of items that have been damaged after delivery or show clear signs of use.

How to Return an Item
To request a return, please contact us at info@arabian-publishing.com within 14 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number and the reason for return.

Returned items should be sent to the address provided once your return request has been approved.

Return Postage
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• We recommend using a tracked or signed-for service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a book that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with details and, where possible, photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover the return postage costs.

Refunds
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
• Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to be processed after receipt of the return.

Exceptions
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
